Returns

• You may return most products within 30 days of delivery.

• To qualify for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, unless the product is defective or damaged.

• Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

• We will replace the item or issue a full refund.

• Cabin Time Games will cover reasonable return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Change of Mind

• If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened and unused.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

• Refunds will only be issued once the returned product is received and inspected.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval and process your refund.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after we issue it.

• If a returned product is not in “as new” condition (packaging opened, pieces missing, product used), we may reduce or deny the refund.
